Great news for fans of true crime and real-life South African stories: Jana Marx’s explosive exposé of convicted murderer Cecilia Steyn, The Krugersdorp Cult Killings, is now available as audiobook.

Steyn and her cult, Electus per Deus, committed eleven murders between 2012 and 2016. She was sentenced to life in prison in August 2019.

Nicole Engelbrecht narrated the audiobook for The Krugersdorp Cult Killings: Inside Cecilia Steyn’s Reign of Terror. The book first appeared in Afrikaans as Afspraak met moord and there’s also an Afrikaans audiobook, narrated by Bouwer Bosch.
