After a brief hiatus—spent mostly just keeping on keeping on—Radio JRB returns for this 25th broadcast.
The world still turns, the head still spins and so do the records. Everything else remains precariously perched but when the going gets weird, the weird put their headphones on.
So here we go—44 songs, 192 minutes: trust in music and hope, like death and taxes, might just remain eternal. The rest is just noise.

Previously the literary editor of the Sunday Times, he is the recipient of a silver Standard Banks Arts Journalist of the Year Award for feature writing. He was the head researcher for the interactive DVD Between Life and Death: Stories from John Vorster Square, and is working on a book about the Johannesburg police station.
